If you live in the United States, you have probably heard of the Federal Reserve System. If you look at the front of any dollar across the top it says “Federal Reserve Note”. You also may have heard of the IRS. Do you know where your income taxes go? Would you believe they pad the pockets of a few very very very rich men? Did you know that the Federal Reserve is actually not publicly owned or governmentally operated? It is a private corporation and the U.S. government has 20% stock in it. The depths of this demonic system in control of us all are detailed very well in a 3.5 hour documentary you cannot miss, view it here.
After viewing the above video and learning the sickening truth about why you should quit paying income taxes, head on over to NonTaxPayer and contact Mr. Champion so you can become a nontaxpayer. A good analogy I read goes something like this:
“If someone stole your credit card and charged up tons of things and opened new credit cards and bought a house and car, would you just pay it all off and let him ripoff you and your friends and family? Would you cancel the credit card, refuse to pay for it, and try to get the criminal thrown in jail?”
Since 1913 our country and every single person in it has been completely under control of the Federal Reserve. Every economic crash that has ever occurred was manufactured very quickly by a few extremely powerful men behind the curtains of the Federal Reserve. Since before 1913 they have been working their reach deeper and deeper into Washington and have been able to adjust interest rates to manifest this “business cycle” BS that you and I believe and try to forecast and work with. Ultimately, they do it to add a small sense of reality to this game you and I are being forced to play.
Study the Rockefellers, Rothschilds, and J.P. Morgan. Study the Federal Reserve, IRS, and the 16th Amendment. Understand where your taxes go and demand no taxation without representation. The U.S. Constitution was created by the people for the people in order to protect the people from a growing government. You still have rights, but they are being taken away. Study your rights, use them, and defend them. Do all of this before you get an RFID chip.

Will Stevens:
Actually, if you want more information about this entire topic I recommend watching America: Freedom to Fascism. You can watch the full length video for free online here.
You can also watch the history of the Centralized Banking System and Federal Reserve here.
It may seem very “conspiracy theory-ish” but it is actually very obvious what is happening. I also recommend reading the constitution carefully as well as the Patriot Act, Real ID Act, NAFTA and CAFTA. I think this stuff is pretty interesting, and thank you for your comment.

Will -
Tax evasion is illegal and you will most definitely go to jail. Just look at recent tax evaders like Wesley Snipes and Richard Hatch (of Survivor fame). These two high-profile individuals use these same arguments to try to avoid paying taxes - and guess what. They are in jail.
Yes, the US tax system is voluntary. That means that the IRS or the government does not tell you how much you have to pay them. Instead, you complete a tax return to tell the IRS how much you owe according to current law. A voluntary tax system simply shifts the burden of calculating the tax owed from the taxing authority to the tax payer. Paying tax, according to our country’s laws, is not voluntary.
There are plenty of web sites and seminars that try to promote tax avoidance schemes. You can check the facts quickly at IRS.gov. The IRS lists all of these tax evasion schemes and very specifically describes why they don’t work, which cases have gone before the US tax courts, and why they are all considered fraud.
There’s also one interesting thing to note. Promoters of tax evasion schemes almost always pay their own taxes. This is because they know the IRS scrutinizes their claims and they are often audited. In fact, client lists have been seized from such promoters by the IRS and clients have been audited. Unfortunately, many who are victims of this type of scam often pay the highest penalties - not the promoters.
It’s not worth going to jail. I don’t even need to read the promotional material or view the video to know that this is a scam. Stay away.

Charles,
Thank you and Will for your comments! I have been researching all of this for a long time, and as you know very well ignorance is no excuse for breaking the law. Because of that, we are given written documentation of every law and those we don’t receive personally are stored at our local government headquarters. Now, I have an assignment for you. I will take down this entire post and agree with you 100% if you can find me the law that states that we are required to pay a federal income tax. It is as simple as that. My mother has over 30 years experience as a professional accountant for individuals and major corporation and she simply says good luck finding that law. The only people who still believe we pay it for a purpose are only the people who are still brainwashed into the follower mentality. We are like frogs in a frying pan.
Anyone who reads this post, please find me a federal law and you will receive links and recognition. Thank you!

Jeremiah …
I applaud your effort to fight taxation in our country. I would even back your efforts to eliminate our system of taxes and limit government interference in our lives. However, the law of our land is clear and the courts have backed them for 100 years. To try to challenge these laws will only lead to personal disaster and financial ruin.
Rather than try to avoid paying income taxes at all, I encourage readers to use the law to their advantage and take smart, proactive steps to reduce their tax liability to the limits allowed by law. Time spent researching techniques to reduce taxes rather than evade paying taxes is a better investment.
But, since you asked … here’s my thought on federal law on taxation.
The 16th amendment provides: The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
Before you shoot me down, I am also familiar with arguments that the 16th amendment was never properly ratified due to technicalities such as spelling and punctuation differences or that Ohio was not a state in 1913 when the amendment was ratified. These arguments have been overthrown in every court challenge including and up to the Supreme Court. (And the challengers have often been convicted of tax fraud as well). If the 16th amendment had not been truly ratified, smarter legal minds than you or I would have figured it out and dealt with it. Steps would also have been taken to fix the problem and implement new laws and close loopholes created by the problem in the first place. In short, if it was unconstitutional in 1909, it would be legal now.
The fact that there have been numerous challenges to the constitutionality of income taxes that have all been overruled gives me enough proof that the 16th amendment to the Constitution is the law of the land.
I’m not willing to go to jail - and certainly not willing to recommend it to others - because someone is able to craft a convincing-sounding argument based on wishful thinking, frivolous arguments and poor interpretation of the law and presumably sell a product from which he or she stands to gain.
I don’t want you to take down your post. You are entitled to your opinion. I just wanted to make sure that anyone else reading this had the opportunity to hear both sides of the story and make an intelligent, well-informed decision for themselves. There’s plenty of information out there that discusses both sides to this argument. People can read and decide for themselves.
By the way, Jeremiah, when did you stop paying income taxes yourself? I’d be interested to know.

Charles,
Thank you so much for commenting on this post so passionately!
Honestly, I completely agree with you regarding being legal but finding as many ways to obey the law while simultaneously benefiting from it.
Regarding your question:
“when did you stop paying income taxes yourself? I’d be interested to know.”
I have actually always paid my taxes and on time =(
Like I said, my mother is a professional accountant so she ensures that I take care of taxes well before they are due.
I have actually been self employed and owned a business since I was legally old enough. I did enough work for clients every year and made enough technical purchases to receive a good tax return. Of course, I didn’t do this to benefit from the law, but instead the law was complementary to owning a sole proprietorship.
I believe that owning a business is the best way to shield your self from issues regarding income tax, an if you wish to open an LLC your options are not only broadened, but protected. I highly recommend this book called “The Entrepreneurial Imperative”.
It discusses how America was founded upon a base of entrepreneurship and that for it to continue to exist and thrive, the federal government needs to protect our rights as entrepreneurs.
I have recently decided that my ultimate goal is to be entirely self employed ad come up with innovative, industrious ideas to help me and my business grow.
I truly appreciate your comments and participation and only hope that we can continue discussing these things more passionately in the future. While I am on this point, what is something you would be interested in reading about on this blog? I would love to do a little custom research to test my abilities. Thank you!
