Business

Darwin CX is a Customer Experience enhacer platform that offers a single source of real-time customer insights, campaign management, fulfillment, financial reporting, customer support, and more.

Problem

Since the DarwinCX website was hard-coded, all decisions made by the marketing and sales team had to go through the engineering department, significantly delaying any interaction with the website.

Solution

We successfully developed a scalable web design and development system that enhanced Darwin with a seamless experience, integrating their product, brand, and website effectively. Additionally, we implemented an intuitive CMS to facilitate content creation for the marketing team and attract more traffic.

Process

The process covered the ideation of an optimized sitemap, along with consulting on the creative direction to take on the website, the creation of a complete design system in Figma, custom illustrations based on Sama's software, the creation of a development system in Webflow, and the migration of a complete CMS, from Wordpress to Webflow, for a total of over 100 pages, both static and dynamic (CMS).

During the initial phase, we collaborated with the DarwinCX team to establish essential UI elements for their website. This process involved examining their new branding, software, and leading websites in the industry for inspiration. We also focused on crucial factors for optimal UX and structure, guided by the sitemap we had previously developed and refined.

Design

Once we identified the main goals concerning UX, UI, and web architecture, we created an extensive design system in Figma. This system featured a variety of custom components and illustrations, enabling us to design over 20 distinct pages. This approach ensured a high level of consistency in the website’s UI and provided excellent scalability for developing additional landing pages in the future.

Development

After the design phase, we created a development system in Webflow, ensuring the highest consistency, optimization, and scalability possible for the new DarwinCX website. This was accompanied by the creation of an intuitive Content Management System, comprising over 14 different collections, allowing the DarwinCX team complete control over the website.
