Following their rebranding, we completely redesigned Empower EMR's website to enhance its appeal and align it with their new brand, while also expanding and optimizing their content management system to boost content creation capabilities and increase their conversion rate.

Project Overview

Business

Empower EMR is an all in one PT EMR platform that empowers Owners, Physical Therapists, Billers, and Front Desks to profitably provide the best possible patient care & experience.

Problem

After the brand and software redesign, EmpowerEMR needed a website that aligned with these changes to create a seamless experience between the website and their platform. Additionally, there were issues with the CMS, making tasks such as creating guides or other dynamic elements difficult.

Solution

We were able to create a design and illustration system that faithfully reflected the new image of Empower EMR, along with the development of a new and more optimized CMS. This CMS was not only easier to maintain and optimize but also included components that improved the time users spend on the website and the conversion rate.

We really love our new Webflow site made by SimpleTiger. Sergio and his team were great to work with – responsive, patient, and understanding. The design itself came out better than we had even hoped. It communicates the message that we wanted to send beautifully. Process

The process encompassed developing an optimized sitemap and providing consultation on the website's creative direction. We created a comprehensive design system in Figma and crafted custom illustrations inspired by Empower EMR's software. The project also involved developing a system in Webflow and migrating a full CMS from an existing Webflow site to their new one. This extensive work was for nearly 300 pages, encompassing both static and dynamic (CMS) content.

Creative Direction

In this initial phase, we defined, together with the EmpowerEMR team, the fundamental aspects in terms of UI that the website should have, reviewing their new branding, software, and examples of pioneering and leading websites in the sector. Along with key aspects to achieve good UX and structure, based on the sitemap we had previously created and optimized.

Production

Design

After defining the key objectives in terms of UX, UI, and web structure, we developed a comprehensive design system in Figma, complete with numerous custom components and illustrations. This allowed us to create over 25 unique pages with maximum uniformity in the website's UI and great scalability for creating more landing pages in the future.

Iteration

Development

Following the design stage, we implemented a development system using Webflow for the new Empower EMR website. This system was crafted to maximize consistency, optimization, and scalability. Alongside this, we developed a user-friendly Content Management System featuring over 20 diverse collections, granting the Empower EMR team full control over the website's content and structure.
