We link traditional organic SEO and AI search into one cohesive SaaS pipeline engine that drives predictable revenue growth at scale. PPC plugs into that engine, so we list SimpleTiger first for B2B SaaS teams that want paid search tied to subscriptions and pipeline. The other eight agencies fit different needs, from LinkedIn-led programs to CRM cleanup.
Pick by the problem you need solved. A trial-led product needs different tracking from an enterprise platform that sells through demos and procurement.
We read each agency's own service pages and case studies in October 2026, and re-checked them on October 29, 2026. Every agency here sells paid acquisition and shows public evidence of software or B2B tech clients.
We compared operating scope, buyer fit, implementation responsibilities, and the limits of each example. Treat agency-reported results as that client's outcome.
We publish this post and sell paid search, so we list ourselves first. The order of the other eight reflects SaaS focus and published paid search evidence.

We link traditional organic SEO and AI search into one cohesive SaaS pipeline engine that drives predictable revenue growth at scale. PPC plugs into the same engine. Paid, organic, and AI search data inform each other and tie to pipeline.
We specialize in B2B SaaS, and we've done SaaS marketing for 15+ years, since 2006. We design, install, and operate your Pipeline Engine. Demand creation, capture, and nurture run as one managed system.
Our Keyword Targeting Matrix guides ad targeting and landing pages. Paid conversion data then shapes SEO priorities, as our pricing FAQ describes.
Pipeline Intelligence shows what each channel contributes to revenue. It reports pipeline influenced by channel, revenue attribution and CAC by channel, AI search share of voice, and conversion rate by funnel stage. It connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Ads, and you see it all in a Live Pipeline Dashboard.
You can start with paid search alone. Our paid search service covers keyword research, account builds, ongoing management, conversion tracking, live reporting, and landing pages. Every service is month to month, with 30 days' notice. The Pipeline Startup package covers SEO and GEO/AEO, and larger packages add paid media. We fit SaaS teams that want paid search tied to pipeline and run alongside SEO and AI search.
Our Firecrawl case study documents the developer data platform's inaugural PPC launch on Google Ads. The results panel reports 9X ROAS including agency fees, 1,400+ new paid subscriptions in one quarter, and $672,000 new ARR generated in one quarter. It also reports a 35.2% trial-to-subscription rate from ads.
Treat these as Firecrawl's paid search outcome. Your account will differ, and new ARR isn't cash collected in the quarter.
The organic and AI search side of the engine has published results too. Our Gainsight case study reports "#1 In AI Search across 459 tracked customer-success competitors." Our Invoca case study reports "$3M in revenue in less than 10 months through AI & organic search."
Clients rate us 4.9/5 on Clutch with 30+ reviews.
Hey Digital says on its PPC page that it runs paid search, paid social, and display as a single system for B2B SaaS. It covers strategy, creative, execution, and CRM-connected reporting, and says its team has worked on 200+ SaaS accounts.
Its Toggl case study describes a rebuild after a narrow Google Search setup. The work tightened audience segmentation, refreshed creative, and expanded into LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube.
Hey Digital fits SaaS teams that want paid channels run together. Ask how search results are reported apart from social.
Powered by Search covers paid media, paid social, and paid search for B2B companies on its paid ads page. Its iWave case applies its Predictable Growth Methodology to scale MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline revenue.
Its fitness SaaS case covers customer exclusions, negative keywords, targeting changes, and restructured social campaigns.
It fits teams with an existing account to restructure. Ask what it would keep as well as what it would change.
Directive positions itself as a PPC agency for B2B and lists technology as a vertical. Its capabilities include paid media and revenue operations that align marketing, sales, and data systems.
Filter its case studies by SaaS and other software categories to find clients like yours.
Directive fits B2B tech teams that want campaign work and RevOps in one engagement. Ask which team owns your CRM changes.
Kalungi built its paid media page for B2B SaaS. It says it feeds closed-won data back into Google and LinkedIn, and builds HubSpot nurture and landing pages for paid traffic.
Kalungi also sells fractional CMO leadership and says it treats paid media as “the distribution layer for your entire GTM strategy.” Ask whether you can buy paid media on its own.
InterTeam published a Pimly case study on a Salesforce-native product information platform. The work included search campaigns on product and competitor intent, guides, Unbounce landing pages, LinkedIn campaigns, and retargeting.
InterTeam fits teams whose paid search problem includes the offer and the landing page. The case reports combined program results, so don't read them as Google Ads alone.
Midsummer Agency published a SaaS case on a purchasing software company with costly traffic, low search volume, and gaps in tracking. The agency says it implemented HubSpot, tracked lead lifecycles, and rebuilt Google Ads around clearer qualification.
The client is unnamed, so ask for a reference or a redacted walkthrough. Confirm whether CRM setup is in scope or only campaign management.
Single Grain covers Google, Bing, and Amazon on its B2B paid search page. It connects ad platforms to your CRM with Offline Conversion Tracking and Enhanced Conversions, and aligns campaigns to SQLs and revenue.
Single Grain serves SaaS alongside ecommerce, education, and crypto. Ask who on the proposed team works only on SaaS.
Impactable is a LinkedIn Marketing Partner and Google Ads partner for B2B. It runs B2B paid search alongside LinkedIn as one motion.
Its homepage features a Lacework case that LinkedIn published. Impactable fits teams where LinkedIn is the main channel. Ask how search spend and results are reported apart from LinkedIn.
Start with your conversion definitions. For a trial product, split signup, activation, paid subscription, and expansion. For a sales-led product, split form fill, attended demo, and accepted opportunity.
Name one owner for the bidding signal, and have RevOps sign off on its definition. Choose the signal by volume and lag, because a rare or slow outcome can't steer bidding.
Ask each agency for its optimization signal and fallback plan. If the final outcome is too slow or sparse, it should name the earlier event it would use and how it would test it.
Report brand and nonbrand demand separately. Brand demand can hide weak acquisition.
Keep expansion revenue out of new-customer acquisition reports, so your return reflects new customers only.
"CRM integration included" needs an acceptance test. Have the agency and your RevOps owner trace a test record from ad click to lead, opportunity, and closed-won. Use a test environment so fake revenue never reaches bidding or board reports.
| Check | Evidence to request | Pass condition |
|---|---|---|
| Capture | Landing URL, click ID, campaign tags, timestamp | Source data survives the form and CRM handoff |
| Qualification | Lead ID, stage definition, rejection reason | Sales and marketing classify the record the same way |
| Opportunity join | Contact and account link, opportunity ID | The right deal attaches once |
| Import | Event mapping, import diagnostics, event ID | Eligible records import once, and rejects have an owner |
| Reconciliation | CRM extract versus reported outcomes | Differences are explained, including consent gaps |
Add negative tests: a duplicate submission, an existing customer, a rejected lead, and a stage reversal. Your data owner signs off before imported outcomes guide bidding.
For long sales cycles, inspect an approved past closed-won record. A new test lead can't produce real revenue yet.
| Workstream | What to agree | Proof of completion |
|---|---|---|
| Campaign structure | Named agency operator and approval limits | Reviewed account plan and change log |
| Copy and offers | Who writes and who approves claims | Approved message variants |
| Landing pages | Design, build, publishing, and testing owners | Live page with working form routing |
| Measurement | Agency and RevOps split | Event spec and reconciled records |
| Sales feedback | Owner of rejection reasons and review cadence | Feedback used in campaign decisions |
Ask what happens when a test needs dev work your team can't schedule. Get the answer before you sign.
Have each finalist fill in the same worksheet with quoted amounts. Leave unknowns marked as unknown.
| Cost line | What the quote must specify |
|---|---|
| Media | Platform budget, markets, and who approves changes |
| Management | Fee basis, how it changes with spend, and channels covered |
| Landing pages | Builds, revisions, hosting, and testing |
| Creative | Copy, design, volume, and approval time |
| Measurement and tools | Setup, licenses, and connector upkeep |
| Internal effort | Product marketing, engineering, RevOps, and sales follow-up |
Compare setup costs and monthly costs separately. Ask for a second quote at your planned higher spend with the same production assumptions.

Hold off on full campaign management if you can't name your buyer, explain your offer, or route a lead reliably. An agency can fix those foundations, but the scope should say so.
To check your foundations, use our PPC readiness checklist. For channel basics, read our SaaS PPC guide.
Bring one real funnel example to your shortlist calls and ask each finalist to work the same problem. For SaaS execution from build through reporting, review us as a SaaS PPC agency.
If you add SEO and AI search later, we run them in the same pipeline engine as your paid search. To compare options first, read our B2B SaaS SEO agency shortlist.
Not always. A PPC proposal can include paid search, paid social, remarketing, or other paid work. List the platforms and tasks you need, then compare agencies against that scope.
Track them separately, even under one approved budget. Media spend pays for ads, and the fee pays for services. Mixing them hides how much reaches campaigns.
Spend, real conversion stages, qualification outcomes, and clear attribution definitions. It should also log what changed and why. Where data is incomplete, the report should say so.
Yes, if the first scope includes measurement repair. Name the owner, the acceptance checks, and the limits on spend until the data is reliable.
Yes. We offer paid search on its own, and every service is month to month with 30 days' notice. When you add SEO and AI search, they join the same pipeline engine, so paid and organic data inform each other. See our Pipeline Engine page.
Ask each finalist for a written fee calculation at your current and planned spend. Compare setup, management, production, and tools on separate lines. For our current packages, see SimpleTiger pricing.
